Position Summary Mark Edwards Apparel is looking for a Junior Logistics Coordinator to join our Operations team. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the Junior Logistics Coordinator will support the day-to-day activities related to shipments, orders, receiving, invoicing, and warehouse coordination. This is a great opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented individual who is looking to build their experience in logistics and operations within a fast-paced apparel environment. Key Responsibilities Monitor and enter shipment notifications Enter receiving information into internal systems Prepare and process customer invoices Communicate with suppliers and warehouses regarding shipments and orders Book shipments with warehouses Follow up on orders to help ensure delivery timelines are met Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Finance Prepare and maintain weekly reports on order and shipment status Support the Logistics Manager with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks Identify and escalate potential shipment issues or delays in a timely manner What You Bring to the Team DEC in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience 1–2 years of experience in logistics, operations, customer service, or a related administrative role Recent graduates with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and take initiative Good problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word French and English, written and spoken, as the role requires communication with clients, suppliers, and business partners located in Quebec and outside Quebec Willingness to learn and grow within logistics and operations What Makes Mark Edwards Apparel a Great Place to Work 35-hour work week Competitive compensation 6 personal days per year Group insurance paid in part by the employer Access to an online medical consultation service Summer hours on Fridays Career growth and development opportunities An entrepreneurial culture built on transparency, collaboration, and respect Training and support from an experienced team If you are looking to grow your career in logistics and become part of a dynamic team, we would love to hear from you.
