Job Title: CDL-A OTR Company Driver – 25% of Weekly Truck Gross Timshel Logistics LLC – Clayton, NC Timshel Logistics LLC is seeking an experienced and dependable CDL-A OTR Company Driver to operate our 2018 Freightliner Cascadia sleeper. We are a small, growing trucking company based in Clayton, North Carolina. We are looking for a professional driver who values safety, communication, reliability, and taking care of equipment. As a small carrier, our goal is to build a strong working relationship with our driver rather than have them feel like just another truck number. Compensation 25% of the truck's weekly gross revenue, paid weekly. Your compensation grows with the revenue generated by the truck. Load and settlement information will be available so that weekly percentage-based compensation can be clearly calculated. Position OTR / interstate operation General freight Dry van and/or power-only loads 2018 Freightliner Cascadia sleeper Weekly pay 25% of weekly truck gross Small-company environment with direct communication with ownership Minimum Qualifications Applicants should have: Valid Class A CDL 2+ years of recent tractor-trailer experience preferred Current DOT medical card Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Acceptable accident and safety history No recent serious moving violations FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse eligibility Ability to pass DOT-required pre-employment drug testing Ability to meet Timshel Logistics' insurance requirements Professional communication and reliability Willingness to operate OTR Final employment is contingent upon satisfactory driving-record review, required DOT/FMCSA qualification checks, and approval by the company's commercial auto insurance carrier.
