Coordinate merchandise inventory and offerings online based on business needs. Role model and demonstrate the Company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.Minimum High school diploma or general education degree (GED), plus 2 years' experience in the jewelry industry; or combination of relevant education and experience Minimum 18 years of age Ability to pass drug test Ability to work weekends on an occasional basis Ability to travel independently on a regular basis Maintain confidentiality Accuracy/attention to detail Ability to organize/prioritize variety of tasks/projects Familiarity with industry terms/processes Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access Ability to continue education as necessary Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 7,000 SPH ten-key 60 WPM typing Valid driver's license Desired Knowledge of Fred Meyer policies, procedures, and organizational structure Proficient knowledge of financial statements and budgets Model "Customer 1st" behavior; deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service Receive, pick, pack, and ship merchandise for online store and phone store Maintain supply stock Review orders for fraudulent activity Maintain customer special order programs Maintain clean, organized distribution center Assist in back up for eCommerce Customer Service Representative Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
