Janitorial Worker/Warehouse Associate

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Janitorial Worker/Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of office spaces, restrooms, common areas, and warehouse zones using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment such as floor buffers and scrubbers Handle custodial tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and sanitation to uphold health standards Operate cleaning machinery safely and efficiently, adhering to chemical handling safety procedures and safety protocols Assist with light maintenance activities such as minor repairs, painting, or facility upkeep to ensure optimal working conditions Support warehouse operations by moving supplies, heavy lifting following safe lifting practices, and organizing inventory or storage areas Maintain cleanliness of floors through buffing and floor care techniques suitable for various surfaces Follow all safety guidelines related to chemical agent handling, heavy lifting, and equipment use to prevent accidents or injuries Qualifications Proven janitorial or custodial experience with knowledge of commercial or industrial cleaning procedures Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, scrubbers, and other custodial tools Ability to handle chemical agents safely while following proper safety protocol adherence Experience in facilities maintenance or warehouse support is preferred but not required Strong manual handling skills with the ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude toward teamwork and facility upkeep Prior porter experience or residential painting knowledge is a plus but not mandatory Join us in creating a safe, clean environment where everyone can thrive!
