Inventory & Warehouse Operations Lead

Company: Lux Lounge EFR Location: 6003 Bandini Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90040 Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience Schedule: Flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed Job Description Lux Lounge EFR is seeking an experienced, hands-on Inventory & Warehouse Operations Lead to help strengthen inventory control, warehouse organization, and daily operational accountability. Our Los Angeles facility is establishing inventory and operational standards that will eventually support our Las Vegas and Miami locations. We need a dependable leader who understands inventory systems, cycle counting, shipping, receiving, and employee accountability. Key Responsibilities Lead and participate in daily cycle counting and inventory audits. Investigate discrepancies and coordinate inventory corrections. Oversee accurate inbound and outbound merchandise verification. Monitor inventory transfers, receiving, shipping, and returns. Train employees on inventory procedures and scanning requirements. Verify inventory locations, quantities, and documentation. Identify damaged, missing, and incorrectly stored merchandise. Coordinate daily warehouse priorities with management and dispatch. Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and organization. Monitor employee compliance with established procedures. Prepare inventory reports and communicate findings. Recommend improvements to warehouse processes and inventory accuracy. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of warehouse or inventory experience preferred. Previous team lead or supervisory experience preferred. Strong hands-on cycle counting and inventory reconciliation experience. Experience with warehouse inventory systems, scanners, and Excel. Knowledge of inbound/outbound operations and logistics. Ability to train employees and enforce operational procedures. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Bilingual English/Spanish required. Furniture or event rental warehouse experience is a plus.
