Inventory Support Specialist

Old Hickory Management, LLC is a growing manufacturer of portable storage buildings operating over 700 sales locations and 35 factories across the US and Canada. Old Hickory Management is looking to hire a friendly, outgoing and detail-oriented individual as an Inventory Support Specialist . Job Summary: The Inventory Support Specialist position is responsible for data entry and processing of builder and driver logs, inventory logging and tracking, and communicating as needed. Essential Functions: ·Accurate processing of builder and driver logs ·Log and track all inventory ·Provide up to date reports on a daily and weekly basis ·Communicate with builders, drivers, dealers and customers in the field to answer questions ·Provide training to field staff as needed ·Provide excellent customer service ·Other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: ·Excellent customer service skills ·Knowledge of Microsoft Office products ·Ability to multi-task and prioritize ·Ability to work in a fast paced environment ·Ability to work well within a team environment and independently ·Ability to learn new software programs ·Possess a strong work ethic with precise attention to detail Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $20.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Experience: Inventory Support: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
