Inventory Specialist

Our client, an e-commerce company that specializes in the jewelry and diamond industry, is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our team. The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for fulfilling orders, stocking inventory, aiding in audit counts and ensuring accurate record-keeping. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Temporary contracted role through February 2027, opportunity to convert Monday-Friday fully onsite 9:00am-6:00pm, opportunity to work weekends and overtime Pay Rate $18.50/hour Responsibilities: Process E-Commerce Orders - Pull, invoice, & package jewelry. Fulfill Internal Inventory Requests - Pull & transfer jewelry to different departments. Labeling - Print RFID tags for new jewelry Returns - Process return, orders and tag items. Stocking - Scan items into their designated bins. Scan items into Excel spreadsheet for data analysis and tracking. Learn basic jewelry and diamond knowledge to better understand our inventory Requirements Self-starter attitude and ability to exercise judgment and solve difficult problems Strong communication skills and attention to detail; accuracy is a must! Positive attitude with ability to accept constructive feedback A desire to meet and exceed performance and service expectations Strong understanding of teamwork and ability to pivot between tasks as needed 1+ years of relevant experience Basic computer skills High School Degree, GED or equivalent certification is required Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
