Inventory Specialist

INVENTORY SPECIALIST Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to become an Inventory Specialists in our team. This role includes purchasing inventory in retail stores (such as Nike and Adidas) and assisting with shipping products to Amazon Fulfillment Centers. Full training is provided—no prior experience required. Responsibilities Purchase inventory in approved retail stores Preparing and shipping inventory to Amazon Fulfillment Centers Communicate professionally with store staff and regional managers Work collaboratively with a small team in a positive environment Requirements Able to comfortably lift up to 50 lbs Proficient with smartphones and computers Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Able to work well with store managers and team members Detail-oriented and dependable Valid driver’s license required Must pass a background check and provide good references Ideal Candidate Teachable and eager to learn Friendly and professional Self-starter with a positive attitude Organized and attentive to detail What We Offer Full, hands-on training Flexible schedule Opportunity for advancement Casual dress code Comfortable home-based shipping environment Kitchen access (coffee, tea, and space to heat food) Small team setting (working with 2–4 others) Compensation $21hr 3-5 Days a week Training $18hr Pay: $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 24.0 – 40.0 per week Benefits: Flexible schedule Referral program Work Location: In person
