Inventory/Receiving Specialist

The Role We’re looking for an Inventory/Receiving Specialist to keep our warehouse running smoothly. You’ll be a point of contact for incoming freight, making sure every shipment is received, verified, and stored correctly so our clients’ inventory is always accurate and ready to ship. What You’ll Do Unload, inspect, and receive inbound shipments (pallets, cartons, and parcels) Verify received goods against packing slips, purchase orders, and ASNs Record and report damages, shortages, and discrepancies Enter receiving data accurately into our warehouse management system (WMS) Label, sort, and put away inventory in the correct locations Maintain restocks to our robotic systems to keep shipping moving with on time shipments Perform regular cycle counts and help with physical inventory audits Investigate and help resolve inventory discrepancies Keep the receiving area clean, organized, and safe Work with the shipping and customer service teams to support client needs What We’re Looking For Previous warehouse, receiving, or inventory experience preferred (we’ll train the right person) Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers Basic computer skills; WMS experience is a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and walk for extended periods Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus (certification a bonus; we can train) Dependable, punctual, and a good communicator Willingness to work occasional overtime when business needs require it What We Offer Competitive pay of $17-$18/hour, based on experience Steady Monday-Friday day schedule Paid overtime when needed PTO, Paid Holidays, Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance On-the-job training and room to grow within a growing logistics company Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
