Inventory Receiving Associate & Digital & WhatsApp Marketing

Job Summary We are looking for a tech-savvy, highly organized E-commerce & Retail Operations Specialist to join our lingerie store full-time. This is a dynamic, multifaceted role for someone who loves both the operational and digital sides of retail. You will take ownership of our physical receiving process, assist in the migration to a brand-new POS system, and help us launch and grow our new online store. Additionally, you will drive local sales by managing our digital marketing efforts via WhatsApp Status. If you love inventory management, have a sharp eye for data accuracy, and enjoy organizing digital systems, this is the perfect role for you! Duties Manage incoming shipments by verifying quantities, inspecting goods for damage, and accurately recording data, update stock records, and coordinate stock replenishment activities. Review, clean up, and audit our current, disorganized inventory data in the legacy POS system to prepare it for a clean migration to our new platform. Help launch our new online store, including product description, setting up size/color variants, and syncing inventory between the physical store and the website. Develop engaging digital marketing campaigns via WhatsApp by creating compelling content, and managing customer interactions. Engage with digital customers, answering inquiries quickly via WhatsApp and online store chat to secure sales. Experience Basic math skills necessary for inventory calculations and order accuracy verification. Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and using WhatsApp Status for retail marketing or customer service. Ability to communicate clearly via digital channels while maintaining professionalism. Tech-savvy with advanced data skills. Comfortable cleaning up messy spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and troubleshooting POS systems. Attention to detail.
