Inventory/Purchasing Specialist w/ High Energy and Attention to Detail

Overview Our team is in need of an experienced specialist who ideally knows how to stock, display, and organize multiple dispensaries in an optimum way, decreasing sales time and increasing efficient productivity. Having high energy and a passion for organizational details are a must. Must have vehicle. Duties Conduct product demos to educate customers about different strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked with fresh inventory Direct stocking and organizing sales floor to create an inviting shopping environment with priority one being decreased sales time Support inventory management by tracking stock levels and assisting with product ordering Educate budtenders about new products and adhere to all regulatory guidelines Qualifications Previous retail sales experience Supervising experience is a plus; ability to lead by example and support team members Strong communication skills; bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse communities Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math for accurate transactions Experience with merchandising, stocking, and product demos to engage customers effectively Excellent customer service skills; energetic personality with a positive attitude that energizes the team Knowledge of cannabis products or willingness to learn about industry regulations and product details Professional phone etiquette and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment We are dedicated to being the best possible experience for our customers and need someone who we can trust to be honest and do their best as well.
