Inventory & Production Support Associate

Herculean Prepared Meals is looking for a dependable, organized, and hardworking individual to join our production team. This position is responsible for receiving incoming inventory, properly storing ingredients and supplies, and preparing materials for daily food production. You'll work closely with our kitchen and production teams to ensure ingredients are organized, accessible, and ready when needed. Key Responsibilities Receive incoming deliveries and verify inventory. Organize and properly store products in dry, refrigerated, and frozen storage areas. Pull and stage ingredients and supplies for scheduled production batches. Remove ingredients from cardboard packaging and transfer them into appropriate food-safe containers. Label, date, and organize ingredients according to food safety procedures. Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked storage areas. Assist with inventory rotation using FIFO (First In, First Out). Work closely with the production team to ensure ingredients and materials are ready on time. Qualifications Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Comfortable working in refrigerated and freezer environments. Able to lift and move boxes of ingredients and supplies. Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous warehouse, inventory, or food production experience is helpful but not required.
