Join Our Team as an Inventory Management Expert - Remote, NJ

Are you passionate about inventory management and looking for a remote opportunity? We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee the deployment of finished goods and maintain inventory accuracy across multiple sites, including Co-mans, 3PL, and D2C. This is your chance to make a significant impact on our business by managing inventory records, reducing aged and obsolete inventory, and ensuring financial accuracy.

As part of our team, you will:

  • Manage the issuance and receiving process of finished goods purchase orders.
  • Ensure daily inventory transactions are accurate and timely in Netsuite.
  • Collaborate with internal and external resources to enhance inventory accuracy and visibility.
  • Plan and monitor execution of inventory transfer orders and rebalancing.
  • Alert on shortage risks and align with the Lead Production Planner/Scheduler.
  • Lead reconciliation of invoices with Accounts Receivable.
  • Support month and quarter end inventory close processes.
  • Ensure accurate new item setup and BOMs in Netsuite.
  • Lead the inventory accrual process, including disposition of aged products.

Requirements

  • College Degree or 2 years of work experience in a similar field.
  • Proficient in MS Excel.
  • Strong sense of urgency regarding business health matters.
  • Ability to communicate, read, and write effectively in English.
  • Basic math skills.
