Licensed Customs Broker

Overview We are seeking an experienced Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) to join our team. An active U.S. Customs Broker License issued by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is REQUIRED for this position. This is a full-time, fully remote position. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with U.S. customs brokerage, import compliance, customs entries, tariff classification, and CBP regulations. Duties Manage and oversee U.S. customs brokerage and import compliance activities. Prepare, review, and/or oversee customs entries and ensure accurate and timely filing with CBP. Review commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and other import documentation. Determine and review HTS classifications, duties, and applicable customs requirements. Assist with customs compliance issues, CBP inquiries, and documentation requests. Maintain current knowledge of CBP regulations and U.S. import requirements. Work with importers, freight forwarders, carriers, warehouses, and internal operations teams. Support the company in establishing and maintaining its customs brokerage operations and regulatory compliance. Required Qualifications Active U.S. Customs Broker License issued by CBP — REQUIRED. Prior experience in U.S. customs brokerage and import operations. Hands-on experience processing CBP Entry Type 11 (T11) informal entries. Strong knowledge of CBP regulations, HTS classification, customs entry procedures, and import compliance. Strong attention to detail and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. Pay: From $105,000.00 per year Work Location: Remote
