Inventory Management Specialist

American Trench is an Ardmore, PA based menswear fashion brand founded in 2010. Our mission is to showcase the exceptional manufacturing that exists in the United States. All our products are designed and produced in the USA. We are currently seeking a full-time Inventory Management Specialist to maintain inventory within our Ardmore store and fulfillment center, and the nearby warehouse. In this role, you will: ● Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across all storage locations ● Perform regular inventory audits and reconcile physical counts with records in the inventory management system ● Develop and implement inventory control and organization procedures and best practices ● Coordinate with production team to ensure timely restocking and order fulfillment. ● Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and damaged goods ● Maintain and update inventory databases and generate reports for management ● Collaborate with production team to improve inventory tracking and reporting protocols ● Support annual physical inventory and cycle counting initiatives ● Be responsible for making sure product is appropriately stored and stocked in the store, basement, and warehouse ○ You will also be responsible for delegating this task to others when otherwise occupied As part of this role, you will also be required to help with various other fulfillment and store needs, such as, but not limited to: ● Picking, allocating, and shipping e-commerce orders ● Restocking product in store and fulfillment area ● Maintaining the fulfillment workspace Candidates must be able to: ● Work 40 hours per week, with weekend and evening availability ● Interact with customers in a friendly and informative manner ● Regularly stoop, kneel, bend, go up and down stairs and ladders, and lift up to 50lbs ● Work on their feet for an extended period of time ● Become familiar with our product ● Communicate clearly and candidly with fellow associates ● Operate a computer and multiple platforms Full-time benefits include: ● Health insurance, vision insurance, and dental ● 401k ● Paid time off ● A generous in-store discount This role has no degree or certificate requirements. Pay range is $20-22/hour, depending on skills and relevant background.
