Inventory & Fulfillment Associate

Overview We are seeking a results and detail oriented Fulfillment & Inventory Associate to join our team. This is an entry level part-time position with the opportunity for promotion into a full-time management position. In this vital role, you will oversee the efficient operation of our fulfillment and inventory processes, ensuring that orders are picked, packed, loaded, and shipped accurately and safely. Your proactive approach will play an essential role in maintaining the organization, cleanliness and efficiency of our workspace while supporting order fulfillment, inventory management and product assembly. The driving purpose of this role is to fulfill UrbanTroos orders and maintain product quality control. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys working in a creative, fast-paced environment and takes pride in quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and keeping systems running smoothly. We value creativity, reliability and pride in craftsmanship—and we’re looking for dedicated team members who want to contribute to our mission of bringing high-quality artisan décor into homes around the world. www.urbantroos.com Responsibilities Order Fulfillment & Product Assembly Accurately pick, pack and label customer orders for shipment across Etsy, Shopify and Wayfair platforms Ensure all packaging meets UrbanTroos’ presentation and quality standards Prepare outgoing shipments and coordinate drop-offs or pickups with carriers (USPS, FedEx, etc.) Prepare and construct Wall Decor products Quality Control Inspect products for stitching, fabric consistency and overall craftsmanship before packaging Identify and set aside defective or damage items for review Verify consistency in product color, labeling and presentation across product batches Office Maintenance Keep office areas clean, organized and well-maintained on a daily basis Manage cleaning supplies and restock materials as needed Maintain an orderly workspace to ensure a safe and efficient production environment Assist in keeping operational areas (office, inventory shelves, packing station) tidy and labeled Inventory Management Maintain an organized inventory storage system Managing inventory shipments and moving/organizing boxes of inventory Monitor stock levels of pillow covers, inserts, fabrics, wall decor and packaging materials Help with counting, labeling and organizing new inventory arrivals Update inventory records in management software (training provided) Requirements Reliable transportation to and from our Lake Worth Beach studio Ability to comfortably lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs as part of inventory and fulfillment tasks Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high product quality standards Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Dependable, punctual and self-motivated with a proactive work ethic Comfortable working in a hands-on studio environment Basic computer literacy for order labeling, inventory updates, printing documents, navigating our selling and inventory tracking platforms (Etsy, Shopify, Wayfair, SumTracker, Asana, Excel, Google sheets) and record keeping (training provided) Prior experience in order fulfillment, packaging or stock room operations preferred but not required A team-oriented attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed in a small business environment Job Type: Part-time Pay: $17.00 - $…
