Inventory Coordinator — Shinsegae Hyperground K-Beauty Pop-Up (Hudson Yards)

Schedule: ~[15–24] hrs/week, including early-morning, after-close, and weekend shifts; extra hours during Black Friday/holiday peak and closing Location: 20 Hudson Yards, New York, NY (ground floor) About the role Shinsegae Hyperground brings 30+ Korean beauty brands to Hudson Yards this season. We’re looking for a sharp, self-directed Inventory Coordinator who always knows what’s in stock, what’s running low, and what doesn’t add up, and who flags it before anyone has to ask. What you’ll do Track stock levels across 30+ brands daily in [POS system] and our inventory sheets Receive shipments and check them against packing lists; document any discrepancies Spot low stock, mismatches, and damaged goods early, and report them to store management with clear notes Run regular cycle counts and keep inventory records clean and up to date Keep the stockroom organized and the sales floor replenished Support transfers, returns, and the end-of-pop-up pack-out What we’re looking for 1+ year of retail experience with hands-on use of a POS system (Square), including receiving, stock adjustments, or inventory counts Detail-oriented and proactive: you notice problems and follow through without being reminded Strong with Excel or Google Sheets (sorting, filtering, basic formulas) Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods Available through December 31, including weekends and holiday dates OPT/work authorization eligible Perks Work behind the scenes of a high-profile Hudson Yards retail activation · Employee discount · How to apply Apply through Indeed with your resume and a short note about your POS experience and availability.
