Essential Duties and Responsibilities Identify and count bin locations in the racks safely, efficiently and accurately. Completes appropriate verifications and transactions within our inventory management system (SAP) as required. Perform cycle counts utilizing established policies and procedures, correcting discovered inventory variances within the inventory management system (SAP). Aid in the investigation and analysis of adjustments/variances and identifies process corrections and improvements. Fill all sample requests in a timely and efficient manner. Process all hold/non-conformance activities including finished good products, raw materials, and packaging to ensure all held/non-conforming items are accounted for, managed, and controlled in accordance with company SOPs. Process non-conformance notifications ensuring accuracy and compliance with company SOP, escalating and communicating issues to management. Support all external inventory audits, providing assistance as needed to ensure all audits are as seamless as possible. Implement Scrap Ticket program ensuring tickets are processed properly and accurately. Process the ordering, storing, receipt and distribution of SCN BestCo’s supplies and products. Ensure all cycle count activity is updated and recorded in a timely basis. Ensure that cycle counts requested by customers/suppliers are completed and submit count documents as required. Monitor, identify and analyze inventory variances. Report root causes and propose solution options. Work with QA to verify any discrepancies that may be found within batch records. Use a variety of exception reports to expedite the resolution of any inventory issues, including missing pallets, or pallets that were missed during scanning. Ensure accuracy of RTS’s (Return to Stores) before they are put back into distribution center racks. Fill sample order requests through the SAP system, coordinate the global shipping, and utilize the UPS system to create all international invoices and customs paperwork, ensuring all requests arrive at their destination by the assigned due date. Update all information into SAP including lot #’s and UPS tracking information. Utilize the SAP product link to pull all items Travel between Mazeppa and surrounding DCs, dependent on department needs. (Less than 10 miles) Required Qualifications Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. 2 years’ related experience. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities (KSAs): Demonstrated trouble shooting ability, excellent attendance and safety record, strong work ethic. Self-motivated with a high degree of personal integrity and strong sense of urgency coupled with the ability to prioritize requirements and activities. Results driven, proactive, production, and quality oriented. Working knowledge of barcode scanners and computers, and impact of inventory transactions on balance-on-hand accuracy. Ability to prioritize tasks, utilize time efficiently, and multi-task in an ever changing, fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced, team-oriented, ever-changing manufacturing environment.
