Inventory Coordinator

We specialize in restoring, reconditioning, and supplying high- quality headlights and tail lights to body shops, collision repair centres, dealerships, and automotive professionals across Canada. We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to join our warehouse team. Responsibilities As an Inventory Coordinator manages, tracks, and organizes automotive components to ensure seamless warehouse operations, accurate stock counts, and timely part availability for service or sales teams Key Responsibilities Stock Monitoring & Control: Maintain accurate digital records of all incoming, outgoing, and on-hand auto parts using computerized inventory systems Audits & Cycle Counts: Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile any variances against system logs to minimize stock loss. Receiving & Organizing: Inspect incoming auto part deliveries for damages or discrepancies, verify quantities against packing slips, and stock items neatly in designated warehouse locations. Order Fulfillment & Sourcing: Prepare parts for daily delivery, shipping, or customer pickup, and assist in sourcing hard-to-find components or emergency orders. Obsolescence Management: Identify slow-moving, damaged, or obsolete inventory and coordinate returns to suppliers or disposal according to company policy. The ideal candidate should possess: Previous experience in automotive parts industry an asset Strong attention to detail. Good eye coordination. Ability to follow procedures and produce consistent quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Honest, dependable, and punctual. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Comfortable working in warehouse environment. Why Join SP Headlights?
