We are committed to delivering excellence in all aspects of our operations and take pride in our employees' tenure and the lasting relationships we build with our clients. We're hiring a full-time Inventory Coordinator to take ownership of the material that keeps our plant running: PVC profiles, glass, hardware and finished goods. As we grow, we need inventory we can trust, with accurate counts, clean data, and shortages caught before they stop production. There's no playbook for this role yet. You'll build it. We hire for attitude and ownership first. This is a hands-on role, split between the plant floor and a desk. What You'll Do Own inventory accuracy, so that what the system says matches what's on the shelf Design and run the cycle count program, plus the month-end and annual counts Investigate discrepancies, fix the cause and make sure they don't happen again Keep items, locations, transfers and adjustments accurate in our system Monitor stock levels and usage, and flag reorder needs to purchasing early Work with receiving and production so the right material is in the right place on time Set up and maintain labelled, logical stock locations Identify slow-moving, obsolete or excess stock and bring it forward for a decision Report weekly on stock levels, shortages and count accuracy What You'll Bring A sharp eye for detail and care about getting the numbers right The ability to build a process where none exists, and the discipline to stick to it Ownership from start to finish, without needing to be chased Comfort on a computer or tablet Clear communication with purchasing, production and people on the floor Reliability, organization and a desire to grow into more responsibility Manufacturing experience is a real asset.
