Inventory Control Supervisor

Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Control Supervisor to oversee daily inventory operations within our warehouse and distribution facility. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience with NetSuite, and a proven ability to maintain inventory accuracy, manage cycle counts, and supervise a team of approximately 10 employees. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead a team of approximately 10 inventory control employees. Oversee daily inventory control activities to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Manage and coordinate cycle counting processes and inventory reconciliations. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. Utilize NetSuite to track inventory movements, monitor stock levels, and generate reports. Verify inventory reports to ensure accuracy and completeness. Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages, overstocking, and operational disruptions. Develop and implement inventory control procedures to improve operational efficiency. Collaborate with warehouse management and other departments to maintain accurate inventory records. Train, coach, and evaluate team members to ensure productivity and compliance with company procedures. Identify opportunities for process improvements and inventory loss prevention. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and warehouse procedures. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of inventory control or warehouse inventory management experience . Previous supervisory or leadership experience required. Experience supervising a team of approximately 10 employees preferred. Proficiency in NetSuite required. Strong understanding of cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, and reporting procedures. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy. Ability to prioritize responsibilities and work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other inventory management systems preferred. XRmumwOwJ0
