Inventory Control Specialist (Chinese preferred)

Please open a job post for Inventory Control Specialist (Chinese is preferred). wage range: $23 - 28/hr Key Responsibilities: Track and maintain accurate inventory records across multiple locations. Perform inventory reconciliations and investigate discrepancies. Coordinate cycle counts and monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory counts. Review inventory movement and usage to prevent shortages and overstock. Work with warehouse and operations teams to resolve inventory issues. Maintain documentation for inventory transfers and adjustments. Support inventory-control and purchasing process improvements. Travel regularly to company warehouses to audit inventory and verify compliance. Perform other purchasing- and inventory-related duties as assigned. Job Requirement: Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business Administration, Communications, or related field). Technical Proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) or Google Suite Familiarity with collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom) Basic understanding of CRM or procurement platforms is a plus Bilingual required: English & Chinese Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) Paid time off Education: Associate (Required) Language: Chinese (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Irving, TX 75063 (Required) Work Location: In person
