In this role, you will support purchasing, inventory control, equipment and supply management, and audiovisual (AV) order coordination. You will collaborate with vendors, customers, warehouse teams, and internal business partners to help ensure accurate purchasing, timely installations, and efficient inventory operations. Why Join This Team: Support purchasing and inventory operations across equipment, supplies, and audiovisual products Collaborate with warehouse, finance, sales, and operational teams Build relationships with customers and external vendors Gain hands-on experience with purchasing, inventory, and AV installation coordination Work in a collaborative environment focused on accuracy, service, and operational efficiency What You Will Do: Process equipment, supply, audiovisual, and out-of-geography receipts and maintain related records in E-Automate Create purchase orders, establish new items, update sales orders, and maintain equipment records Review AV orders for accuracy, coordinate installation schedules, place service calls, and follow up with customers Work with vendors on pricing, delivery timelines, discrepancies, and damage claims while supporting price comparisons Support inventory control activities, including quarterly physical inventories, while partnering with Accounts Payable, Billing, Leasing, and Warehouse teams What You Need to Succeed: High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities Strong written and verbal customer service and communication skills Self-motivated and collaborative approach with a commitment to accurate task completion and follow-through How We Set You Up for Success: Cross-functional collaboration with purchasing, warehouse, finance, and operational teams Hands-on experience with E-Automate and purchasing processes Exposure to vendor management, inventory control, and audiovisual order coordination Opportunities to strengthen customer and vendor relationship management skills Collaborative team environment focused on effective execution and operational support #LI-REMOTE #LI-DF1
