The Role: We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inventory Control Process Specialist to join our Aftermarket Parts operations team. This role brings energy, ownership, and operational insight to the table. As a key contributor to our Parts Distribution Center (PDC) team in Syracuse, NY, you'll manage inventory control processes, drive audit readiness, and lead training initiatives for warehouse associates. You'll also support cross-functional projects and execute critical ad hoc tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. What You'll Be Doing: Lead and refine inventory control processes to ensure accurate tracking, storage, and movement of parts. Analyze inventory reports and trends to provide actionable insights and data-backed recommendations to leadership. Serve as the primary point of contact during inventory audits, facilitating collaboration with internal stakeholders and external auditors. Design and deliver engaging training sessions for warehouse associates focused on accurate, efficient part-picking and inventory handling. Support or lead various warehouse and inventory-related projects, contributing to continuous improvement and process excellence. What We're Looking For: Demonstrated ability to manage projects and prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and enterprise inventory systems. Excellent communication and organizational skills. What Sets You Apart: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field. 1 + years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or related roles. Experience in a high-volume warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment. Prior exposure to Lean principles or continuous improvement methodologies. Ability to train and coach others effectively while promoting process standardization. Familiarity with audit processes and regulatory compliance in logistics or supply chain. Where and When You'll Work: This is an in-person role located at our Parts Distribution Center, East Syracuse office—ideal for those who thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented environment. What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like: Salary - $62,353 – $65,358 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate's education and experience.
