Inventory Control Lead Diadem Sports | Pompano Beach, FL | Full-Time, On-Site About Diadem Diadem Sports is a racket sports brand headquartered in Pompano Beach, Florida. We make performance tennis rackets, pickleball paddles, footwear, and accessories, and we sell them to players and retail partners around the world. We’re a growing team that moves fast and expects everyone to own their part of the business. The Role Our inventory records in NetSuite don’t always match what’s physically on the shelf. Your job is to close that gap and keep it closed. You’ll be responsible for inventory accuracy across roughly 1,600 active SKUs, covering both pallet and parcel operations. This is an individual contributor role reporting to our Head of Warehouse and Logistics. You won’t manage a team, but you will own the integrity of our inventory data from start to finish. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just fix a bad count but works out why it was wrong and changes the process so it doesn’t happen again. What You’ll Do Own inventory accuracy in NetSuite: investigate discrepancies between system and physical counts, identify root causes, and resolve them Build and run a regular cycle count program, and lead full physical counts when needed Process receipts, transfers, and inventory adjustments in NetSuite with clear documentation Oversee receiving: verify inbound shipments against purchase orders and flag shortages, overages, and damage Assist with inbound freight and import shipments, coordinating with freight forwarders and customs brokers and tracking containers through arrival Oversee inventory at our satellite warehouse locations and make sure their records reconcile with NetSuite Manage our demo racket program, tracking units sent out, returned, and their condition, and keeping those records accurate Pick, pack, and ship pallet and parcel orders through ShipStation when volume requires Build and maintain inventory reports and trackers in Google Sheets, and report on accuracy metrics to the Head of Warehouse and Logistics Use AI tools like Claude to analyze discrepancy data, build reports, and document processes Recommend and implement process improvements in areas like bin locations, labeling, and receiving procedures What We’re Looking For 3 to 5 years of warehouse experience, including direct responsibility for inventory management Hands-on experience with cycle counts, receiving, and fulfillment Experience working in an ERP or WMS system (NetSuite strongly preferred) Experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to work faster (for example, analyzing count data, building reports, or writing procedures) is a plus ShipStation experience is a plus Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Google Workspace (especially Sheets) Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus High attention to detail and the ability to explain why a number is wrong, not just that it’s wrong Strong sense of ownership and follow-through on every task Collaborative with teammates and comfortable working independently Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus Experience with import shipments or freight coordination is a plus What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Health insurance 401(k) Paid time off A chance to make a direct, visible impact at a growing global brand Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance Work Location: In person
