Inventory Control & Inbound/Outbound Specialist / Associate

Location: Midway, GA Job Type: Full-time Salary: $40,000–$60,000 per year, depending on experience Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control & Inbound/Outbound Specialist or Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments. Key Responsibilities Coordinate inbound receiving, verify quantities against shipping documents, and record receipts accurately. Coordinate outbound orders, picking, packing, and shipping to meet delivery schedules. Perform cycle counts and physical inventory checks, investigate discrepancies, and maintain inventory accuracy. Update inventory movements and shipment information in the warehouse management system. Prepare and review shipping and receiving documents, including packing lists and bills of lading. Communicate with warehouse staff, carriers, and customers to resolve inventory and shipment issues. Follow warehouse safety procedures and maintain an organized work environment. Qualifications Previous experience in inventory control, shipping and receiving, or warehouse operations preferred. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and basic math skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and warehouse management systems preferred. Ability to prioritize tasks and communicate effectively with team members.
