Inventory Control Coordinator

Job description: About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate inventory levels, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring inventory integrity across all systems and locations. Please note: This role involves physical labor, including lifting, moving, and organizing inventory materials in warehouse and storage areas. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability Conduct regular physical counts and reconcile with inventory records Perform inventory audits and cycle counts as required Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner Enter, update, and audit inventory data in internal systems Work closely with warehouse, purchasing, and production teams Assist in receiving and stocking of goods as needed Lift and move materials (up to weight of 50 lbs) and operate basic warehouse equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures Qualifications: High school diploma or Equivalent 2+ years of inventory control or warehouse experience Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficient in inventory systems and Microsoft Excel Good communication and problem-solving abilities Experience with Fenevision systems is a plus Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From $60,000.00 per year Benefits: Dental care Paid time off Work Location: In person
