An opportunity to be part of a supportive and close-knit team! The Inventory Associate will be responsible for consolidation, movement, labeling, and checking of bins and stock. In addition, the position will require occasional warehouse support duties. The ideal candidate will work well independently, have strong verbal, written communication and mathematical skills, and knowledge of Ontario Health and Safety Act. Responsibilities: Cycle count problem SKUs / conduct cycle count audits Helping in the development and modification of TWL procedures and maintaining multi system variance integrity (TWL vs. SXe vs. Magic) Examine inventory variations, offer root cause and use it to drive continuous improvements of projects Assist in the appropriate adjustments when inventory becomes out of balance Lead the warehouse in preparation for physical inventory at the distribution centre if required Work closely with warehouse logistics to resolve customer facing issues Assist in various departments (picking, receiving, put away, replenishment) when required during heavy volume periods Comply with all safety rules in accordance with the Ontario Health and Safety Act, and Noble policy Other duties as required Qualifications: You Must Have: 1-2 years’ experience in an Inventory Control environment is a strong asset Comfortable working with a multi ERP/WMS/RF System environment Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) Knowledge of plumbing and heating products is an asset Current forklift certification is an asset The hourly rate for this position is $21/hr.
