Assistant Equipment Inventory Associate Company: PRO EM National Event Services Department: Resources (Security & Guest Services Staffing) Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, plus extended event-day shifts About PRO EM PRO EM National Event Services provides trained security and guest services staff for events nationwide. Our Resources Department makes sure every team member arrives at every event fully outfitted, equipped, and supported. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Assistant Equipment Inventory Associate to keep that operation running smoothly. Position Summary The Assistant Equipment Inventory Associate supports the Resources Department by managing the uniforms, equipment, and supplies that event staff rely on. This role oversees uniform inventory, prepares and stages equipment for events, coordinates laundry services, works with water and ice vendors, and fulfills supply orders for event coordinators. All inventory activity is tracked accurately in our inventory app. Key Responsibilities Oversee uniform inventory, including receiving, organizing, issuing, and tracking all uniform items and sizes. Set up, stage, and pack equipment and uniforms for upcoming events according to event needs. Schedule and coordinate laundry services, ensuring uniforms are cleaned, returned, and ready for reissue on time. Work with water and ice vendors to schedule deliveries, confirm quantities, and resolve order issues for events. Partner with event coordinators to understand their equipment and supply needs and fill orders completely and on time. Log all inventory movement in the inventory app, including items checked out, returned, damaged, or missing, to keep counts accurate and current. Conduct regular inventory counts, flag low stock, and recommend reorders to the Resources Department. Inspect returned equipment and uniforms for damage or wear and report items needing repair or replacement. Keep the warehouse and storage areas clean, safe, and organized. Provide on-site or event-day support as needed, including loading, delivering, and picking up equipment. Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfort using mobile apps and basic computer programs (email, spreadsheets) for inventory tracking. Clear, professional communication with coordinators, vendors, and team members. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. Reliable transportation and a dependable attendance record. Preferred Previous warehouse or equipment inventory experience. Experience in event services, security, hospitality, or staffing operations. Familiarity with inventory management software or apps. Experience working with vendors and scheduling deliveries. Schedule and Work Conditions Regular hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Must be able to work long hours on event days, with shifts of 10–16 hours as needed. Event days may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and to stand, walk, bend, and climb for extended periods. Work takes place in a warehouse environment and at event venues, indoors and outdoors, in varying weather conditions.
