Position Summary Paw Patrol Dayton is a dedicated group of people working to improve the quality of life for pets in the community. We are looking for a dependable and organized Inventory Associate to help keep pet supplies, equipment, and other materials properly stocked and accounted for. This entry-level position involves checking inventory, organizing storage areas, tracking supplies, and helping identify items that need to be replenished. The role is a good fit for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a hands-on community-focused environment. Responsibilities Conduct regular counts of pet supplies, equipment, food, and other inventory items Record inventory quantities and maintain accurate stock information Monitor supply levels and identify items that need to be replenished Organize products and equipment in designated storage areas Check incoming supplies and verify quantities against delivery information Identify missing, damaged, expired, or low-stock items and report them Prepare replenishment and restocking lists based on current inventory needs Help distribute supplies to appropriate areas or team members Maintain organized inventory records and basic spreadsheets or tracking systems Assist with receiving, labeling, and putting away new supplies Keep storage and inventory areas clean, accessible, and orderly Support other routine inventory and organizational tasks as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer and data entry skills Good organizational and time-management skills Ability to count, record, and track items accurately Reliable and responsible work habits Ability to follow instructions and established procedures Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Ability to perform routine standing, walking, lifting, and organizing tasks No previous experience required; training provided Pay: $21.70 - $22.50 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Vision insurance Work Location: In person
