Job Title: Retail Inventory Auditor – Pittsburgh East Field Team Location: Monroeville, PA 15146 Starting Pay: $20.00 / hour (Paid travel time included) Early Risers Wanted | $20/hr | Weekends Off Why This Role? We cover convenience stores and retail locations across the eastern region, offering $20.00/hr , paid travel time , and paid training from Day 1 . No prior inventory experience needed—just a strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability. Key Highlights Predictable Schedule: Monday – Friday, 36–42 hours per week average (includes paid travel time). Weekends off, with only ~4 occasional overnight stays per year. Consistent 6:00 AM Kickoff: Audits start at 6:00 AM every weekday. Team departures range from 4:00 AM – 5:00 AM depending on daily store distance (up to a 2-hour morning drive to the farthest store). Team Carpooling: Coordinators organize daily carpools between team members traveling to 1–3 store locations daily. What You’ll Do Count inventory across sales floors, stockrooms, and walk-in coolers/freezers using a 10-key device. Identify discrepancies and deliver clear daily audit summaries to store managers. Participate in team carpools and rotate driving duties using personal vehicles. Requirements Valid Driver’s License, active insurance, and personal vehicle for driver-rotation days. Clean background and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). Physical ability to stand, bend, squat, use short step-ladders, lift up to 25 lbs, and work in cool environment settings.
