Key Responsibilities:
• Select items for customer orders using order pickers, RF scanners, and barcode scanning technology
• Pack products securely using appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit
• Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks to move inventory within the warehouse
• Load and unload shipments safely using proper techniques and equipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records through warehouse management systems and inventory management software
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
• Perform manual handling tasks including lifting heavy items and stacking pallets efficiently
• Conduct quality control checks to verify order accuracy and product condition before dispatch
• Assist in stock replenishment, stocking shelves, and organizing warehouse distribution areas
• Support shipping and receiving processes by preparing shipments and verifying incoming stock
Requirements:
• Proven experience in warehouse operations, including picking & packing, inventory management, and order fulfillment
• Experience operating heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting safely
• Knowledge of barcode scanning for logistics purposes and RF scanner operation
• Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately
• Strong understanding of safety protocols related to warehouse distribution and material handling equipment operation
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in order accuracy and quality control
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety standards
