Position Summary Time for a Fix LLC is a home improvement and construction company providing a variety of services to help customers maintain, repair, and improve their homes. We are looking for a dependable Inventory Associate to help keep tools, building materials, hardware, supplies, and other equipment organized and available for daily projects. This position supports field and office teams by maintaining accurate inventory and making sure needed materials are ready when required. No previous experience is required; training will be provided. Responsibilities Receive and organize tools, building materials, hardware, and home improvement supplies. Maintain organized storage areas for construction materials and equipment. Track inventory levels and help identify items that need to be reordered. Perform routine counts of tools, materials, and supplies. Prepare materials and equipment needed for upcoming service and construction projects. Check items for damage, wear, or missing parts and report issues to the appropriate team member. Label and organize products so they can be located quickly. Assist with loading and preparing materials for project teams and service calls. Record incoming and outgoing inventory using basic company tracking systems. Help return unused tools and materials to their proper storage locations. Keep inventory areas clean, organized, and easy to navigate. Assist with receiving deliveries and verifying items against orders. Support other basic warehouse and operational tasks as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Good organizational and attention-to-detail skills. Ability to follow instructions and maintain accurate records. Basic counting, reading, and computer skills. Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working as part of a team. Ability to handle tools, supplies, and materials safely. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift items as needed. No previous experience required; training provided. Preferred Qualifications Interest in construction, home improvement, tools, or maintenance is a plus. Comfortable working in a hands-on environment. Willingness to learn about different tools, materials, and inventory procedures. Ability to stay organized while handling multiple daily tasks.
