Inventory Associate

Job Overview As an IT Inventory Associate, you’ll keep technology assets and inventory moving accurately through warehouse operations. You’ll support inventory control, stocking, shipping and receiving, and order fulfillment while using inventory management software and warehouse management systems to maintain reliable records. Your impact: Accurate inventory data helps warehouse and supply chain teams locate materials, fulfill orders, and make informed purchasing decisions. Responsibilities Track, reconcile, and update inventory; collect data and investigate discrepancies using root cause analysis. Support warehouse distribution, materials handling, stocking, shipping and receiving, and order fulfillment; operate a forklift when authorized. Use spreadsheets, Excel data analysis, and other analytics tools for data mining. Requirements Warehouse experience and knowledge of warehouse management, warehouse operations, logistics inventory management, inventory management, and supply chain management. Technical proficiency with inventory management software or warehouse management systems preferred. Strong cross-functional communication and attention to detail; supplier management experience is preferred. Ability to handle materials and perform lifting as required by warehouse duties. Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week Benefits: Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
