Inventory Associate

We are looking for an Inventory Associate to support inventory accuracy and efficient warehouse operations. You’ll perform cycle counts, manage receiving and packing activities, maintain accurate records in Odoo ERP, and help identify and resolve the root causes of recurring inventory issues. Responsibilities may vary based on your level of experience. Responsibilities Assess the quality and accuracy of incoming shipments against company standards Maintain accurate inventory records in Odoo, including locations, quantities, and lot/serial data Perform and reconcile scheduled cycle counts; investigate and document variances Carry out receiving and dispatch processes, verifying documentation accuracy before goods move Apply barcode and asset labeling standards consistently across the warehouse and electronics lab Maintain proper documentation for product status changes, discontinued items, and returns Keep shelves and bins stocked with required inventory to prevent shortages Maintain a clean, organized, and safe inventory storage area Flag discrepancies or damaged goods to the supervisor promptly Support inventory accuracy across the entire warehouse Running the full cycle count program and reconciling results Facilitating receipt and dispatch of goods end-to-end, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing Qualifications Comfortable working independently within a defined area with clear procedures Basic proficiency with an ERP or inventory system (Odoo experience a plus) High attention to detail and comfort with physical, hands-on warehouse work Prior experience owning inventory accuracy or cycle count programs at a facility level Track record of root-cause investigation and proposing process improvements Comfortable communicating and coordinating across international teams/warehouses Disciplined adherence to standardized processes Proactive approach to catch errors before materials enter production or inventory Physical Requirements This position may require sitting, standing, lifting, and occasional travel as needed to perform the essential functions of the role.
