Inventory Assistant

Job Overview BRYAN CARGO EXPRESS is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Assistant to support inventory tracking, shipment verification, and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate stock records, identify discrepancies, and help ensure efficient and organized cargo handling. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, count, and organize inventory and shipments. Update inventory records and verify stock quantities and product information. Identify damaged, missing, or mislabeled items and report discrepancies. Assist with shipping, receiving, packing, and order preparation. Conduct routine inventory counts and support stock audits. Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse documentation. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to resolve inventory issues. Follow company safety procedures and maintain an organized work area. Help improve inventory accuracy and operational efficiency. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous inventory, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and inventory systems. Good communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift and move items as required.
