Inventory Administrator
Boyd CorporationJob Description Essential Duties Include: Reconciling material used vs actual Tracking material and labor variances Doing cycle counts of materials Identify trends in material and labor variances Data verification and entry Frequent communication with production, warehouse, set up, scheduling, purchasing, and customer service Qualifications: Strong drive for accuracy Previous experience in inventory, warehouse administration, and ERP systems Proven record of being able to resolve inventory variances and a willingness to work towards permanent corrective actions Proficient in Microsoft office, especially Excel Strong knowledge and experience of warehouse and inventory systems Education: High School Graduate or GED equivalent Core Competencies: Extreme attention to detail Willingness and ability to investigate discrepancies to true root cause and resolution Ability to work with multiple departments daily Ability to learn and master Business Central ERP system Highly organized Desire to be positively contribute as a strong team member Strong verbal and written skills Physical Demands: Able to lift up to 30 lbs Able to work in a warehouse environment and reach to the back of bin locations LIMITATIONS AND DISCLAIMER The above job description is meant to describe the general nature and level of work being performed; it is not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required for the position.
