We’re expanding our operations and seeking a highly organized, detail driven Inventory Acquisition & amp; Vehicle Reconditioning Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of our inventory — from sourcing to frontline ready. About the Role This position is responsible for acquiring quality used vehicles, coordinating inspections and repairs, and ensuring every unit meets our reconditioning standards before being listed online. You’ll work closely with vendors, auctions, mechanics, and internal teams to maintain a steady flow of retail ready inventory. Key Responsibilities Source and acquire used vehicles through auctions, private sellers, wholesalers, and tradeins. Evaluate vehicles for mechanical condition, cosmetic needs, and retail potential. Manage the full reconditioning process: inspections, repairs, detailing, parts ordering, and quality control. Maintain accurate inventory records, timelines, and cost tracking. Coordinate with mechanics, detailers, and vendors to ensure efficient turnaround times. Approve final retail readiness and communicate status updates to sales and online listing teams. Monitor market pricing trends to ensure competitive acquisition and reconditioning decisions. Implement workflow improvements to reduce daystofrontline and increase profitability. Qualifications Experience in automotive inventory acquisition, reconditioning management, or dealership operations. Strong understanding of mechanical condition assessment and repair prioritization. Ability to manage multiple vehicles, vendors, and timelines simultaneously. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Familiarity with auction platforms, diagnostic tools, and reconditioning workflows. A results driven mindset focused on efficiency, quality, and profitability.
