International Freight Sales Rep
WarpInternational Freight Sales Rep Warp is building the world's first open source freight network. Unlike traditional logistics companies that lock customers into proprietary software, Warp gives its technology away for free. Businesses can use Warp to quote, book, track, and manage freight through a dashboard, API, or AI agent without paying software licensing fees. Instead of monetizing software, Warp monetizes the movement of freight. Customers can use Warp's nationwide carrier and warehouse network, bring their own providers into the platform, or combine both. As more freight moves through Warp, the network becomes denser, costs decrease, and service improves. Today, Warp connects more than 70 cross docks, 38,000+ vetted carriers, and 6,800+ Warp LTL lanes across LTL, FTL, box truck, cargo van, warehousing, and fulfillment. In 2026 the network opened to imports. Ocean containers and air freight now price live from real sailing and flight schedules in about a minute, with no forwarder login. An importer locks a rate online, Warp confirms the booking the same day, and the same network that picks the container up at the port runs drayage, unloading, storage, and delivery to every door in the US. We're building a logistics network that anyone can use and every participant helps improve. The Role Warp is looking for an International Freight Sales Rep to win US importers and bring their inbound freight onto the Warp network. This is an individual contributor role. You won't manage a team and you won't hand leads to someone else. You'll find the importer, run the discovery call, build the ocean or air quote, lock the rate, and stay on the booking until the first container clears the port and lands on the customer's dock. Then you'll win the next one. You'll be expected to build your own pipeline, close new importers every month, and turn a first booking into a standing program. If an importer brings in two containers a month from Shanghai today and hands the domestic leg to a different trucker after the port, your job is to understand what has to happen operationally and commercially for all of it, ocean, drayage, transload, and delivery, to run on Warp. What You'll Do Prospect US importers every day: ecommerce brands, Amazon sellers, retailers, consumer goods, furniture and home goods, manufacturers, distributors, and wholesalers Build relationships with the owners, founders, and supply chain, logistics, import, procurement, and operations leaders who control inbound freight Learn each importer's supply chain in detail: origins and ports, container volume, FCL and LCL mix, air usage, Incoterms, current forwarder, where the freight lands today, and what breaks Run live ocean and air quotes in the Warp portal, explain the speed tiers and how long a rate holds, and walk the customer through what is in the price and what is billed after arrival Lock the rate, hand the booking to the booking desk, and stay engaged until documents and payment are in and the freight is confirmed Coordinate with the booking desk, Operations, and Customer Service to get the first shipment through the port and delivered Expand each account across ocean, air, drayage, transload, storage, and the domestic leg on Warp LTL, truckload, box truck, and cargo van Keep the CRM accurate and forecast new bookings every week Own every issue on your accounts until it's resolved, even when the fix needs another team What We're Looking For 2+ years selling international freight at a forwarder, NVOCC, customs brokerage, or on an importer's inbound logistics team A proven record of closing new importers, not only servicing existing ones Fluency in FCL, LCL, chargeable weight, Incoterms, ISF, customs entry, duty, MPF, HMF, demurrage, and per diem, and the ability to explain them to a founder in plain English Comfortable making outbound calls every day and asking for the business Strong commercial instincts and the ability to find revenue inside an importer's operational probl…
