During your internship, you will learn: How to navigate within a company with multiple departments. How to develop speaking and presentation skills. How to facilitate meetings for medium sized groups. The importance of governance. Learn about the aerospace industry and supply chain management. What are your contributions to the team? Support procurement operations by assisting with procure-to-pay activities, monitoring process performance, investigating operational issues, and supporting the resolution of procurement-related inquiries. Assist with business process analysis by documenting workflows, gathering data, identifying trends, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across procurement operations. Prepare reports, dashboards, and data analyses using Excel, Power BI, SAP, and Ariba to support operational monitoring and decision-making. Maintain and update SharePoint sites, process documentation, standard operating procedures, user guides, and training materials to ensure information remains accurate and accessible. Support stakeholder communications, training activities, and the preparation of presentations, job aids, and other learning materials for procurement users. Assist with testing, data validation, system issue investigation, and other activities related to procurement systems, process improvements, and project initiatives. How to thrive in this role? You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You are proficient in Microsoft Excel; exposure to Power BI or data visualization tools is an asset. You have an interest in procurement, business process optimization, data analysis, or enterprise systems. You have strong written and verbal communication skills and are comfortable working with cross-functional teams. You are organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. You are able to work effectively in English and French on a daily basis You are able to work on-site at one of our Montreal facilities at least two (2) days per week, sometimes more, as per the applicable policy Boarding Information: Location: Administrative Centre (CA) Duration: 8 months Flexible workplace-Hybrid It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
