Intermodal Customer Service

Will County Freight is an intermodal drayage and logistics company with terminals across the Midwest and Southeast. Our Columbus team is growing, and we're looking for a Customer Service Representative to help keep our customers informed and our freight moving. This is an in-office role supporting customers, dispatch, and drivers throughout the day. If you have some trucking knowledge and enjoy being the person who gets things done, we want to hear from you. Full training is provided. Responsibilities: Communicate with customers by phone and email, providing load updates and answering questions Prepare and send rate quotes to customers Coordinate between dispatch and customers to keep shipments on schedule Assist drivers in the office and by phone from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Help resolve delays, appointment changes, and other day-to-day issues Qualifications: General knowledge of the trucking industry (intermodal or drayage experience is a plus) Strong phone and written communication skills Organized and able to handle multiple tasks at once Reliable, with a positive, team-oriented attitude Comfortable using email and basic computer programs; TMS experience is a plus Why Will County Freight: Paid training to set you up for success Consistent weekday schedule, with no nights or weekends A growing company with room to advance Experience: Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Trucking / logistics: 1 year (Preferred) Pay: From $45,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
