Inside Sales & Order Fulfillment Representative

Location: Richardson, TX Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site Pay: $19.00–$21.00 per hour + sales commissions and performance bonuses Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, including a 1-hour unpaid lunch About Us We are a growing event and celebration supplies company specializing in confetti cannons, streamers, special effects, and party products for events of all sizes. We serve customers throughout the United States, including event planners, schools, churches, entertainment companies, corporate events, concerts, dance competitions, sports organizations, and individual celebrations. We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and reliable individual to join our team as an Inside Sales & Order Fulfillment Representative. This is a hands-on position combining outbound sales, customer service, and order fulfillment. What You'll DoSales & Business Development (Primary Responsibility) Make daily outbound cold calls to potential business customers. Identify and contact schools, churches, event planners, dance studios, entertainment companies, corporate event organizers, venues, and other prospective customers. Introduce Confetti Zone products and explain how they can enhance events. Generate new leads and develop long-term business relationships. Follow up with prospective customers by phone and email. Prepare product recommendations, quotes, and customer orders. Convert qualified prospects into paying customers. Reconnect with previous customers to generate repeat orders. Maintain accurate customer information, call activity, and follow-ups in our CRM. Work toward individual sales targets and commission opportunities. Order Processing & Fulfillment Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Verify products and quantities against customer orders. Print shipping labels and prepare outgoing packages. Help ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time. Assist with receiving, organizing, and restocking merchandise. Maintain a clean and organized packing and work area. Coordinate with management regarding inventory and fulfillment needs. Customer Service & Team Support Respond professionally to customer calls and emails. Answer product questions and assist customers in selecting the right items. Help resolve order issues and communicate shipping updates. Collaborate with management to improve sales results and customer satisfaction. Assist with other reasonable day-to-day business tasks as needed. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Comfortable making outbound cold calls every day. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Self-motivated and comfortable working toward sales goals. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable using computers, email, and basic business software. Able to handle both desk-based sales work and physical order packing. Able to stand, walk, bend, and perform routine warehouse tasks. Able to lift packages weighing up to 40 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Available to work full-time at our Richardson office. Preferred Qualifications Previous inside sales, telemarketing, cold calling, or business development experience. Experience working with CRM software. Customer service or e-commerce experience. Experience processing orders, shipping packages, or working in a warehouse. Experience selling to businesses (B2B). Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
