Inside Parts Sales & Warehouse

We are currently looking for someone who can work independently and take direction from co-workers accurately. This is a full-time role for someone who wants to work across multiple aspects of our operations, including quoting, sales and ordering of boiler room and commercial heating equipment parts, logistics, shipping, and tracking. We will provide on-the-job training. If you are experienced in inside parts sales and shipping administration and are looking for an opportunity, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities Part Sales: quoting, sales and order processing Facilitating order process, including but not limited to logistics, shipping and tracking of shipping and delivery confirmations. Packing and preparing items for shipping. Verifying all incoming shipments to ensure the correct products have come in. And be responsible for ensuring orders being shipped out are sent with the correct materials. Using shipping software Identify shipping issues and implement solutions in a timely manner Qualifications Experience in sales or a shipping role would be of value, but not required. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience with fundamental computer skills. Must be capable of lifting 50 lbs.
