You will contribute to high-quality output by mastering melting procedures and ensuring the efficient transfer of molten materials, directly impacting our production goals. Responsibilities Execute precise melting and processing of aluminum scrap to meet rigorous quality standards. Manage the safe transfer of molten materials into molds, ensuring consistency and accuracy. Operate heavy industrial machinery and power equipment to facilitate material flow. Perform routine loading and unloading of transport vehicles to maintain supply chain efficiency. Conduct material blending tasks to ensure product specifications are met. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by strictly adhering to all safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets. Qualifications Required Skills Proven ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently. Strong commitment to workplace safety and following standard operating procedures. Excellent attendance record and a high level of personal dependability. Basic computer literacy for logging production data. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Skills Valid forklift certification or previous experience operating industrial lifts. Prior experience in a heavy manufacturing or foundry environment. Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
