Blue Haven Dispatch offers dispatch services for owner-operators and small trucking companies. To qualify, your MC authority must be at least six months old, active, and in good standing . We work exclusively with carriers operating 26 ft box trucks, dry vans, power-only units, reefers, or flatbeds . Call 646-388-2204! We start by learning how you want to run. Tell us where your truck is based, which lanes you prefer, how far you’re willing to travel for a pickup, and when you need to be home. If you operate multiple trucks, we’ll discuss each driver’s availability and equipment so the loads we bring you fit the truck that’s actually open. When we search for freight, we check whether the broker accepts your authority age and whether the load fits your equipment. For box trucks, that means checking dimensions and liftgate requirements. For reefers and flatbeds, we confirm details such as temperature settings or tarping requirements. For power-only loads, we ask about the trailer type and where it needs to be returned. Before you commit, we go over the rate, loaded miles, empty miles to pickup, weight, and appointment times with you. You have the final say on every load. Once you approve, we handle the booking call, review the rate confirmation, and help coordinate updates if a pickup runs late or delivery instructions change. Interested in dispatch services?
