Independent Courier Driver (1099) — Medical & Business Routes

Innovite Courier Services is building a team of independent courier drivers across the Dallas metro. If you have a reliable car and want flexible income, keep reading. The work: Pick up and deliver lab specimens, pharmacy items, medical supplies, and business parcels between local facilities. You set your own availability — we offer runs, you accept the ones you want and decline the rest. No assigned shifts. What you need: - Your own reliable vehicle, valid Texas driver's license, current auto insurance - A smartphone - Able to pass a background check and drug screening (medical facilities require it) - Complete bloodborne-pathogen and HIPAA training — we provide it free The pay: Per-run, not hourly. $40 base per run plus mileage. Drivers typically earn $24+/hr equivalent. — STAT and rush runs pay more. Paid weekly by direct deposit. This is a 1099 independent contractor position: you control your schedule and can run for other companies too.
