Pay & Route Details: Weekly Earnings: Fixed $1,750.00 for the completed contract week. Volume: Approximately 70–100 small packages per day. Payment Schedule: Paid weekly. Incentives: Performance-based incentives available for consistent, reliable, and dedicated drivers. Future Opportunities: Consistent daily route opportunities may become available afterward based on performance and reliability. Vehicle Requirement (CRITICAL): CARGO VAN or SPRINTER VAN ONLY. Strictly Prohibited: No personal vehicles, cars, SUVs, or pickup trucks. Drivers must own, lease, or operate a reliable cargo van suitable for last-mile package delivery. Schedule & Availability: Contract Duration: This particular contract is for exactly 1 week — THANKSGIVING WEEK . Commitment: Must be able to commit to the FULL 7 days (Monday to Sunday). Daily Hours: Average of 6 to 8 hours per shift. Delivery Expectations: Load & Organize: Manage, load, and organize small parcel routes assigned directly from local Walmart distribution locations (serving York, Camp Hill, Mechanicsburg, and Harrisburg areas). Deliver Safely: Follow assigned delivery routes, provide accurate digital proof of delivery, and safely handle customer packages. Drive Responsibly: Maintain a clean, professional, and reliable delivery vehicle while obeying all traffic safety regulations. Driver Requirements: Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record. Must own, lease, or operate a reliable cargo van or Sprinter van. Must have a smartphone with a reliable cellular service plan for dispatch routing. Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs periodically throughout the shift. Ability to work independently with strong attendance, punctuality, and communication skills. Previous delivery or courier experience is preferred but not required.
