Independent Contractor Delivery Driver – Evening & Weekend Routes (LAX Area)

StatRx is seeking dependable independent contractor delivery drivers for pharmaceutical delivery routes in the LAX area. Contractors use their own personal vehicles to deliver small to medium packages to residential and hospice facilities within contractor-selected service areas. This opportunity is ideal for contractors looking for evening or weekend route work, including those who already have other commitments during the day or week. Route Availability Weekday evening routes (Monday–Friday): Routes are released for pickup between 4:30 PM and 7:00 PM. Contractors may accept one or two routes per evening. Weekend routes (Saturday & Sunday): Route opportunities are available throughout our weekend service window of 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Contractors may set up a recurring route arrangement with StatRx for the days they choose to offer services, whether weekday evenings, weekends, or both. Arrangements are mutually agreed upon and can be adjusted by the contractor with advance notice. Many routes are single-run opportunities: pick up, complete the route, and you’re done. Contractors interested in more work may accept additional routes or days as volume allows. Compensation Paid a mileage reimbursement plus a per-stop fee for each completed delivery (rates provided during onboarding) Payment terms and cadence are outlined in the Independent Contractor Agreement Additional route opportunities may be available during periods of increased demand Aside from the mileage reimbursement, contractors are responsible for their own operating expenses Independent Contractor Requirements This engagement is offered strictly on a 1099 independent contractor basis Contractors operate an independent delivery business and determine how services are performed, subject only to delivery specifications and regulatory requirements Must use their own reliable, insured personal vehicle suitable for delivery services Must maintain a valid driver’s license and required auto insurance Responsible for all applicable taxes, insurance, licenses, and business expenses Responsible for providing and maintaining all necessary equipment at own expense, including a smartphone with an active data plan for routing and delivery confirmations Must meet background and compliance requirements applicable to pharmaceutical deliveries Must be at least 21 years of age Ability to safely handle and transport packages weighing up to 50 lbs occasionally Pay: $500.00 - $1,000.00 per week Benefits: Flexible schedule Mileage reimbursement Work Location: In person
