We are currently recruiting qualified owner-operators with their own Cargo Vans or Sprinter Vans to support last-mile delivery operations in Houston, Dallas/Irving, and Austin, Texas . We have immediate delivery opportunities involving HelloFresh and Jitsu routes , with additional opportunities, including Walmart delivery routes, anticipated as our network expands. We are seeking dependable individuals who are ready to begin the onboarding process immediately and are interested in developing a long-term working relationship with our company. Available Delivery Opportunities HelloFresh Delivery Routes – Immediate Assistance Needed Deliver assigned meal-kit packages to residential customers. Pick up and organize packages at designated distribution locations. Follow assigned delivery schedules and customer instructions. Complete deliveries accurately and provide proof of delivery. Compensation and route details will be discussed based on the available assignment. Jitsu E-Commerce Delivery Routes – Immediate Assistance Needed Complete local last-mile e-commerce deliveries. Pick up assigned packages from designated warehouse facilities. Organize packages efficiently and follow assigned delivery routes. Use required delivery applications for navigation, tracking, and proof of delivery. Compensation may be based on package size, mileage, or the applicable route agreement. Walmart Delivery Routes – Future Opportunities Additional delivery opportunities may become available as new routes are launched. Qualified contractors may be considered for future Walmart assignments. Route availability, schedules, and compensation will be communicated when confirmed. Specific route availability may vary by city. Contractors will receive assignment details and compensation terms before accepting work. Compensation Keystone Transport & Logistics LLC offers competitive route-based compensation depending on the delivery partner, route location, package volume, and assignment requirements. Flat-Rate Delivery Assignments Certain routes may pay $200 per completed route containing 80 or more packages. Smaller routes may pay $150 per completed route containing 50 or fewer packages. Per-Package Delivery Assignments Compensation varies according to package size and route requirements. Additional mileage compensation may apply to qualifying assignments. All applicable payment rates will be disclosed before route acceptance. Earnings and route availability are not guaranteed. Key Responsibilities Pick up packages from assigned warehouses or distribution facilities. Load, organize, and secure packages inside the delivery vehicle. Complete deliveries safely, accurately, and within required delivery windows. Follow delivery instructions and customer-specific requirements. Provide accurate proof of delivery through designated delivery applications. Communicate promptly with dispatch regarding route delays, exceptions, or delivery concerns. Maintain professional communication with customers, dispatchers, and warehouse personnel. Handle packages responsibly to minimize damage, loss, or misdelivery. Maintain dependable attendance for accepted delivery assignments. Driver Qualifications & Requirements Valid driver's license.
