Independent Contract Delivery Driver

About HDL Courier Services HDL Courier Services, an Amazon Hub Delivery Partner in North Las Vegas, is looking for qualified independent contract drivers. Pay is per route. The work Contract drivers pick up assigned packages at our North Las Vegas Hub and complete residential deliveries along a local route. Routes are offered as delivery blocks, and you choose the blocks you accept. Volume increases during the holiday Peak season beginning in late November. What you will need A valid driver’s license A reliable vehicle with current registration and insurance A smartphone able to run the Amazon Flex app The ability to lift and carry packages and complete deliveries on foot at apartment and residential properties Onboarding Onboarding begins only after a satisfactory background check. Applicants who clear our screening call will be guided through the background check process. Once it is cleared, we complete onboarding together, including the independent contractor agreement and W-9. No driver is assigned a route until every step is complete. How we work We run on accountability. Every package is counted at pickup, delivered with care, and confirmed at the door. Drivers who are dependable, communicate clearly, and take pride in getting it right are the drivers we want to build with.
